Our vision
Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives.We strive to give children who have been abandoned, neglected, orphaned and abused a happy and better life.We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
Our projects
Residential care
Up to 60 boys and girls, between the ages of 2-18, live in three units. They attend local schools and receive counselling, remedial teaching, therapy and other activities designed to encourage them to develop skills, talents and confidence.
Local Empowerment
Feeling like there are countless pressing issues that no single program could make a marked difference? Our Local Empowerment initiative has proven to be a powerful tool for Durban child & youth care center to successfully serve our community and improve countless lives.
Capacity Building
Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Durban child & youth care center, and a source of much success for our Npo.

To provide our children with a safe home with warmth and laughter. To promote the well-being of our children for clear peace of mind and a healthy environment. To create opportunities for our children to be successful.

We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
